Handheld CNC router with computer-vision position tracking. ShaperTape fiducials on the workpiece let the camera correct position 1,000+ times per second — you guide the tool, it stays on the line. Wavelength-specific laser safety glasses. OD6+ rated with matched protection for the shop's laser inventory: 1064nm (fiber laser), 450nm (diode laser), 10.6µm (CO₂ laser). Each pair is labeled with its protected wavelength — use the glasses that match the active laser. ANSI Z136.1 compliant.

OB8 full-face protective shield with integrated safety goggles. Green-tinted visor filters bright light and laser scatter. Covers entire face — eyes, nose, mouth, chin. Adjustable head straps for secure fit. For laser cleaning, grinding, cutting, and any operation producing flying debris or intense light. NOT a substitute for wavelength-specific laser glasses — use both.

ALORAIR 3-stage air scrubber — MERV-10 pre-filter catches coarse particulate, HEPA traps fine dust and aerosols, activated carbon scrubs VOCs and breaks down residual ozone. Stackable, heavy-duty, industrial-grade. Runs continuous during shop operations and shifts to full-speed for O₃ clearance after sterilization cycles. Negative air capable when ducted — critical for containment during hazmat or high-particulate jobs.

Ozone-based sterilization for component recovery and decontamination. Gas-phase O₃ penetrates where liquids can't — electronics-safe, no residue, no moisture. Decades of experience with O₃ — operator grew up with dental-grade ozone sterilization as standard practice.

3500W inverter generator for backup power and mobile operations. Clean sine-wave output safe for sensitive electronics and CNC controllers. Wheels and handle make it deployable anywhere — shop backup, outdoor fabrication, remote job sites.

Shop-wide PPE kit. Respiratory: 3M 65021 P100/OV half-face respirators ×2 (P100 particulate + organic vapor cartridge, NIOSH-approved). Face: Blue Eagle full-face impact shield with 2 spare visors. 64" Keencut Evolution-E2 precision rotary cutter. Three-in-one: semi-rigid, flexible, and fabric materials. Two-way cutting head works left or right-handed. Full-length Lift & Hold for easy loading, flip-over stops clamp material horizontally. Swing-over design stows under the bench. Cuts paper, vinyl, banner, foam board, PVC, Sintra, acrylic, aluminum composite, corrugated plastic, and textiles. The missing link between sheet stock and the laser bed — any material that shouldn't see a laser beam gets trimmed here.

D600 Ultra Cut — dual-source CNC laser workstation with 1200W fiber + 60W diode in a single chassis. CNC-only: cutting and engraving on metals (carbon steel up to 12mm, stainless, aluminum, titanium) and non-metals (wood up to 25mm, acrylics, organics). Lead screw drive delivers ±0.01mm repeat positioning accuracy — the highest precision in the D-Series line. 600×600mm working area. 10m fiber output for flexible shop layout.

Drill-press precision in a handheld form factor. Complete drill, tap, and drive bit kit. Portable precision for large parts, field work, and on-site fabrication where a drill press isn't practical. Moves between the Forge and Lab as needed.

Aqua-6 water ozone generator. Infuses cold water with dissolved O₃ for chemical-free parts degreasing, component cleaning, and surface preparation. Zero residue — ozone reverts to oxygen, leaving nothing behind but clean. Available on demand from operator's home lab.

Point-source fume extraction on wheels. Position the intake arm directly at the work — welding, soldering, or any process producing smoke that the fixed extraction doesn't catch.
